Use this form to print a Return Merchandise Authorization document to include when shipping a wheel back to iForged for repair or replacements. Wheels received at our factory without an RMA form will be returned to the shipper.

Once your wheel/s are received at the iForged factory, a technician will inspect the wheel and recommend repair or replacement of components as necessary. If you choose, we will contact you with an estimated price for the repair prior to beginning work so that you may authorize the charges.
